Code of Conduct, Ethics and Transparency

La Prima (“the Company”) has adopted the Code of Conduct, Ethics and Transparency for Directors, management and employees of the Company. All Directors, management and employees of La Prima shall be referred to as “officers” and the Company shall be referred to as “we” hereon.

In the process of supplying beneficial medical and healthcare technologies to the society, we are committed to conduct the business with honesty, integrity and ethics in all business dealings and all jurisdictions in which the Company operates in. In addition, we recognize people as an invaluable asset to propel and achieve the Company’s vision.

In addition, we strongly believe that a comprehensive and people-centered social standard and human right policy is essential and timely to address the importance of maintaining a favorable and harmonious employee relations and industrial relations.
